Yesterday I went to Acton to see Brenda, one of my best friends who is Welsh, 63 years old and who helped me a lot in difficult times. She also thought me how not to take the life seriously (unfortunately my parents didn't teach me this). First I went to the surgery where I used to work with Brenda 7 years ago to meet all the people who are still working there. It was really nice. Than we had dinner in Brenda's house and just chilled out.
The next day I went to Bar Salsa, the most popular salsa place in London. Not only popular for dancing, in fact not many people dance there. It is a famous spot for picking up a lover; do you need one??... go to Bar Salsa!! I have to admit I was involved in meeting some dodgy people when I started going to the bar 6 years ago, you just can't avoid it. Now I have some good friends who dance very well and I am going there only to meet them. One of them is Chinese and he always gives me an excellent back massage.
On my first night in one year and a month in Bar Salsa I was immediately surrounded by few new guys who didn't know me. Unfortunately for them I knew all their trics so the pick up methods didn't work with me, sorry. I also had an argument with an 80-year old man who comes to the place regularly and dances with some girls. I danced with him once - his hands were so cold that I could not finish the dance hence I decided not to dance with him any more. When he understood this... the problem began.
