In Valencia

Distance Barcelona - Valencia: 390 km, 4 hours on the bus, 22 pounds. I arrived in Valencia at 9 pm; Joanna and her Peruvian fiance picked me up from the bus station. It was great to see Joanna who I hadn't seen in 5 years! And I could finally meet her fiance Carlos. They live in Paterna, a little town outside of Valencia but with an excellent connection with the city.
I posted a message on the Couch Surfing website and immediately a lot of people contacted me (wow, so quickly, I was impressed).
Today we had lunch with some very nice friends, and then we went for a walk.
