Then finally on Wednesday we arrived in Madrid, city I wanted to visit for a while and I was very courious about it. My first impression that has never changed was that it's lovely, I like it very much, just like Barcelona. Big city but it feels much more relaxed than London, it's beautiful and clean, and the people of Madrid enjoy themselves in bars and tapas places in the evenings and at night. Apparently the nightlife starts at midnight every day but we never experienced it as midnight is our bed time :)
