Palolem – Agonda, Day 3

Today we took a local bus to the Agonda beach. It took 10 minutes on the bus and cost 40 rupees each for the return trip so 50 pence for both of us. In the hotels they never tell you to take the local bus, they say take tuk-tuk, it costs only 600 rupees so £7 return.
Agonda beach is great! We couldn't decide which one is better, Palolem or Agonda beach. Palolem is busier and Agonda is a smaller, quieter town with cows on the beach. We love both beaches although I was upset when I saw the starving, friendly cows looking for grass on the beach (and found nothing but sand).
