Then she took me to a nearby Sorginetxe Dolmen and for a walk in the hills. The Sorginetxe Dolmen is a funeral monument, built approximately in 2500 BC. In this place, the ancient inhabitants of the valley, mostly cattle farmers, buried their loved ones. It was discovered by scientists in 1831 and excavated by Mr. J. Apraiz in 1890, who collected arrowheads and human skeletal remains.
