Today I spent all day in La Spezia. It's a lovely town, with a nice promenade by the sea. I met with a good friend from High School who lives there with her husband, daughter and two cats. We had lunch and a walk, and talked a lot. In the evening I went to Santo Stefano di Magra, a small town outside of La Spezia, where my host Daniele lives. He kindly agreed to host me for 3 days.
