I danced a lot of salsa yesterday. It was Navid's 30th birthday so we met in a restarant and then we went to La Pollera. I met Navid last year in Cali, Colombia, and now we go out dancing from time to time. His guests initially didn't want to go to a salsa place but then Navid and I couldn't believe it - they were enjoying the night so much, althought they could not dance salsa.
I also did a lot of lambada in the last month so I feel very fit. The closer to Christmas, the less frequent the dancing will be as the Christmas parties will kick in in the places we dance.
I will spend 2 weeks in Italy including Christmas and New Year - I am so scared that I will be fed too much food by the Italian families I am going to visit!
