The last day in Langkawi we spent on the beach, it was very hot. We also visited some rice fields and a museum showing how rice is cultivated and collected. We also tried the famous Malaysian white coffee.
White - coffee - Malaysia
We left Pantai Cenang in the evening and we flew to Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately we were not able to go to the 86th floor of Petronas Twin Towers in KL, we had no time to do it.
We met with our Couchsurfing host Fai Lee (who hosted us when we arrived in KL 3 weeks ago). Fai Lee gave us a lift from the domestic terminal where we landed to the international one, and it's quite a long way, about 30 minutes by car. She also gave us a gift - honey made of dates that we like very much. The dates used to make the honey are imported but the honey itself is made in Malaysia. We spent some time together in the airport.
In the pictures: in the rice fields.
