Mumbai Day 3

We took it easy today as yesterday we came back home exhausted after all day out in Mumbai. We saw so much in one day! But there is more to see, for example we missed the Mahatma Gandhi Museum or Dhobi Ghat, the largest open air laundry in Asia, where everything is washed by hand, including the hotels and hospitals' bedsheets. Hopefully next time… Mumbai surprised us so much, it’s a beautiful and vibrant city, not just a slam that is always shown in documentaries about Mumbai.
Despite being exhausted, Fausto was hyperactive in the evening as he enjoyed the conversations with Nimit and Foram, and he was chatting to them until late in the night.
So today after lunch we visited Nimit's parents who we already met on the first day in Mumbai. They live in a beautiful complex 10 minutes away from Nimit and Foram, travelling by tuk-tuk. Fausto was in his element, talking for hours with Nimit's father. We had another amazing masala tea, with a lot of ginger. In the pictures: with Nimit's parents and view from their 16th floor apartment.
