Bologna

Fausto wanted to spend his birthday in Italy this year so we went to Bologna for 3 days. We rented a very nice Airbnb studio situated 10 minutes from the city centre by foot. We arrived in Bologna on Friday night and the next day, which was Fausto's birthday, we visited the centre (Piazza Maggiore and around) and we had nice meals in the restaurants. The city is really beautiful, I spent the millenium New Year's Eve here. However, I didn't remember anything apart from the main square where I was at a concert and the countdown on the 31 December 1999, with some people from the buddhist centre which I was visiting.

In the evening we went to a cinema called Perla to see a very good film "The Invisible Guest". At the beginning of the film we realised that we had already seen it before in Spanish, as the film is Spanish "Contratiempo", and they did a remake in Italian "Il Testimone Invisibile". Despite this I enjoyed the film very much, and we could watch it in Italian :)
