On the second day we travelled to Parma, situated 100 km from Bologna. The train ticket costs 6 euro one way and it takes an hour. Parma is also very nice but in our opinion not as nice as Bologna. It's definitely worth visiting and it has an amazing cathedral, La cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta. The cathedral inside and outside is more beautiful than the one in Bologna.
