Da Nang

We took a taxi to Da Nang, our next stop. It's a big city with a beach and near the city there is a tourist attraction or a tourist trap as some people on TripAdvisor call it: The Golden Bridge.
We went for a walk in the late afternoon and to our surprise we really like the city. It's big but not too big, with a wide river and many illuminated bridges, illuminated hotels, offices and shops. There are many young and also business people in the cafés and restaurants. Nice surprise! We had an amazing Thai meal as well, a break from the Vietnamese food we are not so keen on.
