I went to San Telmo district and to Puerto Madero, for a long walk, and on Wednesday I went to cementerio Recoleta, a famous cemetery with some famous people buried there, for example Eva Perón and former Argentine presidents Sarmiento and Raúl Alfonsín. Unfortunately I arrived at 4 pm and the cemetery closes at 5 pm, so I didn't go in. The sun was very strong, and the entrance fee is $18 (recently doubled, as everything else in Argentina).
The next day I went to Obelisco and I visited Teatro Colón. The guided 1-hour tour was very interesting ($23). The guide spoke Spanish, so it was a double benefit for me and I enjoyed it a lot. Afterwards I went to El Ateneo Gran Esplendid, which was a great end of the day (and free of charge). It's apparently the second most beautiful bookshop in the world.
